Flexibility

Building your home is a process and it’s not always possible to consider everything when looking at a plan. At times you may wish to make changes during the build.

Rest assured that we welcome changes,
but we don’t rush to make them without discussing implications on cost or schedule. Often there’s two or three ways to look at something. We help you make decisions and can be quite flexible around you changing your mind.

On Budget and On Time

We guarantee to provide you with accurate pricing for your project with no hidden costs. We will work with you in the beginning phases to achieve your ambitions within your desired budget. We will always meet our deadlines provided no unexpected events or variations are introduced.

Any variations during the build, we will discuss with you first and advise of the additional costing for your approval.
You will always be kept up to date of any changes or delays to the schedule resulting from variations.

As a licensed and registered master builder we offer a 6 year guarantee on all structural works. For your complete peace of mind we also guarantee a 12-month maintenance period, for any minor adjustments after you are settling in.
